Leo needs to find a home because his present owner is going abroad and is unable to take him.   He is still in his home at the moment but we are trying to find a suitable home through our register process.

Just a reminder for this:

We post details on FB and our Website and put any prospective new owners in touch with the dog or cats owner.  After that it is up to the people concerned to organise themselves.  We always suggest that a trial period is agreed on, just as we do when rehoming, and the owner should be prepared to take back any animal if it is not working out.  It is a good safety net for both animal and new owner.  However as stated this is a purely private arrangement.

This is a description of Leo as provided by his owner:-
Leo is a Ridgeback / American Bulldog. He is three and a half years old, has all his vaccinations and is neutered, and chipped. He weighs in the region of 100 lbs. He is a very affectionate and gentle dog and loves to play fetch. He does well on the lead and can be allowed to walk off the lead. He listens well. He does have a guarding instinct, but is not aggressive in any way but in a house he will bark at approaching strangers.

Please get in touch with Jean on 01631 566406 if you can offer them a forever home.
